Welcome to the new look, upgraded PC Engine Software Bible. It has taken over six months to redesign the site from scratch and to add the many extras that are now available. This new site now means that it will be far easier to update more often, so keep watching. New features include:
PAGE PER GAME - Each game now has its own individual page, accessed from the main A-Z pages, making it easier to locate the game you are after. Games are now listed under multiple titles, including those that are incorrect, but have crept their way into our consciousness through import listings.
COVERS - I have now a large quantity of game cover images and HuCARD artwork for you to appreciate, with many more ready to be uploaded in time.
MUSIC - Certain games now have a selection of related MIDI music files for you aural pleasure.
CHEATS - Some games also have cheats listed for convenience. I've tried to check each cheat to make sure they work, but where I have not been able to, or where I couldn't translate them completely, this has been noted.
THUMBNAILS - I have put in many more thumbnail screen shots from games (over 450 total so far) and hope to be able to have a shot for every game at some point in the future.
SCREENSHOTS - Selected games now have a set of screenshots. Where possible, these are high quality screen grabs, but there are also scanned images where necessary.
INTROS - More intro sequences have been added, with many more to follow.
ARTWORK - Game manual artwork, print ads and other misc illustrations are available for some games.
LINKS - Links to sequels/prequels and external links to websites of relevant interest have been added.
SECOND OPINION - An option for future development is feedback from readers of this site. Anyone who wishes to comment on a particular game or give it a mini review is welcomed to email me. See HERE for more details on how to contribute.
IN-DEPTH REVIEWS - As well as the standard, but limited reviews, I have started to write more detailed and in-depth reviews, explaining gameplay more precisely.
