After a slightly surreal opening sequence, you are presented with the main menu screen. You can choose 'help' if you need help (although if you need help on something like this then you really, um, need help). Pushing left or right spins (or 'jerks' to be more accurate) the central cylinder to select the content and this also sets off a two frame animation of the surrounding wildlife doing wildlifey things.
